Full Service Planning

**Pricing starting at $7,500

  • Unlimited Consultations via Email, Phone, or In Person

  • Create and Track Wedding Budget

  • Client Wedding Planning Monthly Checklist

  • Research and Recommend Vendors for all Categories in the Planning Process

  • Schedule and Attend Initial Vendor Meetings (based on availability)

  • Review Vendor Contracts and Advise on any Adjustments/Negotiations

  • Invitation Design and Wording Guidance

  • Assist in Setting Up Hotel Room Block Arrangements for out of town guests

  • Etiquette Guidance on All Aspects of the Wedding

  • Develop Weekend Itinerary and Communicate/Confirm with Vendors on Logistics

  • Receive Personal Items and Handle Placement at Wedding

  • 8 hours on Wedding Day for Coordination, Management, and Execution of Wedding Weekend Timeline (including Event Management Package) *guest counts over 150 require a second event day assistant

  • Distribution of any Final Payments and Gratuities

  • Assist with guest list, invitations, and RSVPs management

  • Create and attend to personal wedding checklist so that nothing gets overwhelming and every detail is accounted for

  • 2 wedding coordinators and Assistant

Event Management

Formally Known as “Month of” or “Day of” Coordination

*Pricing Starting at $4,000

  • Meeting(s) to Obtain Understanding of Vision and Goals for the Event 

  • Attend final walkthrough of your venue

  • Develop Weekend Itinerary and Communicate/Confirm with Vendors on Logistics

  • Receive Personal Items and Handle Placement at Wedding

  • Wedding Day Coordination, Management, and Execution of Wedding Weekend Timeline

  • Oversee décor setup and breakdown 

  • Vendor management: point of contact, confirm time of arrival, final payments/gratuity, gather insurance information, meal counts, and oversee communication

  • 8 hours of wedding day coordination (additional hours at hourly rate) 

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal only (max 1 hours; additional hours will be at hourly rate)

  • Manage wedding day so you can relax and enjoy your special day

  • One month before event date to ensure everything is on track

  • Attend vendor meetings per availability

Private Events Includes: Bridal Showers, Retirement Celebrations, Wedding Anniversary, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and many more
